What we offer you at BODE

Well-equipped, modern workplaces as well as learning field-related and practice-oriented apprenticeship in the commercial and industrial-technical professions are a matter of course for us.

In addition, we are no longer letting our apprentices go. With us, you have excellent chances of being taken on if you perform well. In addition, we reward you with a completion bonus in the full or half amount of the monthly apprenticeship remuneration for good or excellent results.

What requirements should I fulfill?

As part of the apprenticeship program at BODE, we are looking for committed and motivated people who would like to start their professional career with us. The following requirements form the basis for a successful application to BODE:

Good academic performance

At least secondary school certificate; for commercial professions, vocational baccalaureate diploma or general higher education entrance qualification

Interest in the subject area

An interest in and understanding of the subject area of the desired apprenticeship.

Team spirit

The ability to work effectively in a team and exchange ideas with different team members. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

A passion to shape your future

A strong desire to continually learn and develop new skills. The willingness to actively participate in training courses and professional development.

Independence and initiative

The ability to work independently and find independent solutions to tasks. (Pro)active approach to tasks and willingness to take responsibility.

Flexibility

Adaptability to changing requirements and tasks. Willingness to work in different departments and on different projects.

Apprenticeship process

Laying the foundations

In the first year of your apprenticeship at BODE, the focus will be on learning the basics of your chosen professional field. You will be introduced to all relevant departments, get to know the company’s processes and structures, and develop your first practical skills.

Consolidation and practice

In your second year, you will deepen your understanding of operational processes and take on increasing responsibility in your area. You will be involved in real projects, work closely with experienced colleagues, and have the opportunity to put your skills into practice.

Specialization and final examination

In the final year of your apprenticeship, the focus will be on more specific tasks and projects so that you can deepen and consolidate your skills. You will work independently on projects and be prepared for your final exam. Your knowledge will be expanded through further training courses and seminars in order to ensure that you are optimally prepared for your professional future.
