What qualifications do you need to have?

Good secondary school leaving certificate or a technical/university entrance qualification

Excellent spatial awareness as well as geometric and technical understanding

Team spirit, reliability, and willingness to learn

How is the apprenticeship period structured?

The apprenticeship period is three and a half years and is divided into learning fields in order to optimize the academic and practical learning content. A reduction in the apprenticeship period is possible with good academic and practical performance. Factory instruction and courses related to learning fields are carried out on our own apprenticeship machines and equipment.

  • Gross monthly salary currently €1,183 plus vacation and Christmas bonuses as well as other additional payments under collective agreements
