Apprenticeship
During your apprenticeship, you will learn everything about the various production departments. You will familiarize yourself with our products and understand how they are produced. You will be an important part of the team right from the start and provide active support.
Students
As a student, you will learn how the production process works and apply your theoretical knowledge in practice. After just a short time, you will be able to organize your tasks independently and participate in process design. You will get to know the right tools and documents for your work and be involved in the development or planning of products.
School students
While you are still at school, we offer you the opportunity to complete practical days with us and gain an insight into the exciting world of railroad production.
In Class I, you will be with us for six hours on two days each week and go to school on the remaining three days. You will learn about light production work, help with the packaging of our products, and ensure that they reach our customers safely.
In Classes II and III, you will be with us for eight hours on three days each week and go to school on the remaining two days. You are an integral part of the production team and are directly involved in product development.
We are quite proud of our school students and have already awarded many prizes for the best. If you like, you can continue working with us during your summer vacation and get a permanent job with us after you finish school. We are your entry into mobility.
