Every Wednesday, our managers have the opportunity to take part in our 4-hour workshops, which have been specially developed for our needs. Our five modules, which build on each other, cover key topics: What does leadership mean at BODE? What roles do our managers fulfil? What leadership styles are there? And how do we organise our communication? These topics are developed during the workshop through peer counselling, role-playing and lively discussions. This creates a dynamic space for everything to do with leadership.
The best thing about it? We have a 100% participation rate! All managers take part in these intensive training programmes in which they work in mixed groups. This creates valuable networks and intensive exchange opportunities between managers from different areas.
